DIFFERENCES AND SIMILARITIES

The Wife and The Princess

                         Have you ever read the short stories of Death by Scrabble and Lady or The Tiger? In that story, the wife and the princess are the main characters. The similarities and the differences about the two character will be explained in the next paragraph.

                         The similarities of the two characters are both of them made their spouse as their victim. Next, both of the characters determine the fate of their partner. The princess had to choose a door for the young man, and the wife played the letter DEATH to end her husband's life.

                       The differences between the two charactes are the princess did not marry to the young man while the wife is already married to his husband in the story. Furthermore, the princess is young while the wife is old. The time revolves around the middle age for the story of The Lady Or The tiger while for Death by Scrabble, it was happening during the modern time.

                  Conclusion is the princess and the wife have similarities and differences in the story in terms of characteristics.

OPINION ESSAY

Lack Of Nutritious Foods At The Campus

            Which one do you prefer? Junk food or nutritious food? Of course, nutritious food is very important for growth and health. It provides a balance chemical composition in the body. The benefits of eating nutritious food towards the brain, the person emotionally and physically.

        Nutritious food helps brain to function properly and faster. Food has a very high percentage of vitamins and mineral that can be absorb by the brain for it to use in daily life. It is so important for human to eat nutritious food to stay healthy.

           Foods that are balance also contribute to people to have a good emotion in daily life. Nutritious food which is balance with all the seven classes of food will help human to feel happier and bring the laughter into themselves. People also will smile and feels good the whole day.

          For physically, nutritious food helps people to have a good muscle. It also helps in building a strong bones and teeth by consuming the exact amount of calcium. Moreover, human can do extreme activity because their body can withstand all the activities in all different kinds of ways.

        Conclusion,nutritious food do contribute to a good brain, emotionally and physically to humans.

ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY

Do women should quit their job after their first delivery?

                Why do women still have to quit their job after their first delivery? Is it because of people nowadays started to do so or is it just because of themselves? According to statistics, 2 out of every 10 pregnant women will not return to work. Most of them are not willing to go back to work as they become more tired and do not have the spirit anymore to go to work. Of course, to be a good mother, it is not easy. Thus, I agree with the statement above because a woman also has the responsibilities to be a good wife and mother, need the time to see their children growing and have a good satisfaction for themselves.

               Since ages, we know that a woman should play their role in being a good wife and a good mother.

A good wife means a woman that express her feelings and need towards her husband. A good mother also always take care of their children's in every aspect.

              Every woman does need their own luxury time after having working for a long time. Usually, woman undergo stress during the hours of working. Eventhough they still have the time for themselves, sometimes, they do not realize that it can be harmful and give side effects towards them. However, the woman usually noticed their mistakes early and tend to fix their problems immediately.

            A good satisfaction for a woman is to see her family is happy in their own way. A woman would do anything to make her family happy in every single aspects. However, the children sometimes do not like the way their mother overreacted. But at the end, the mother always right and her children are always in the best behaviour in the house.

            Therefore, I agree with the statement above as a woman also have to play their role in being a good wife and  a good mother. They want to take care of their children and they need to see their children grow as the time flies really fast. At the end, they continue their study and the mother could not spend time with them anymore.

REPORT ON DRAMA PRESENTATION

                          
                   
                  On 9th April of 2013, my group, "Superstars" had presented our drama entitled "Death By Scrabble Part II : The Revenge" based on the short story "Death By Scrabble". I played my role as a maid named Molly who helped and took a good care of the wife after being splashed with an acid in the story. 

                   Lesson that I learnt during the preparation of the drama is communication important among the teammates. This is because to achieve a better understanding, all of us must have the same idea throughout the drama. Next is I learnt that all of us have to overcome our shyness in front of our own teammates and classmates during the drama presentation at the Halliburton, UTP. We enjoyed our drama very much as all of us put every single effort to make it happen smoothly.

REPORT ON POSTER PRESENTATION

   
                     On 5th of April 2013, my associate Maryam binti Nasaruddin and I had presented the poster entitled "Against the God's Law" based on the short story "Frankenstein". After the presentation, there are a few things that I can reflect to myself and for my future. I find that to be a good person, we should not do something against the god's law as it will bring casualties to surrounding. I also learn that we should not create things or even human that is beyond the nature that we already have. 
       
                     During the making of the poster itself, both of us found out that communication is really important because it does make things easier. Both of us also understand each other while working together and that is teamwork. It is such a pleasure to be working with Maryam and I hope we can do things and cooperate well together in the future.
