Have you ever thought how the power of women can change everything?

In the short stories 'The Lady or The Tiger' written by Frank Stockton and 'Death By Scrabble' written by Charlie Fish, both women play an important role in the stories. Both of them have the similarities and differences which determine the fate of the man in both stories. The following paragraphs will discuss the similarities and differences between both the princess and the wife.

In both short stories, we know that both of the princess and wife act as a queen control. They managed to make their men follow all their wills and rules without being objected.Besides, the princess and the wife love their men despite of being a queen control. This is shown when the princess trying hard to find which door holds the tiger or the maiden and the wife in Death By Scrabble never wish for the death of his men even her husband hates her so much.Besides, both of them seems to be cold hearted when both of them ddnt really being taken aback by the fact that their men will be sentenced to death or died being chocked by the tile.

There are also differences between the wife and the princess.The princess is loved by his men while the wife is being hated by her husband so much. On top of that, the princess is not as harsh as the wife . The wife in Death by Scrabble is assumed to be a harsh woman as she loves to nag, but in the story of Lady Or The Tiger, the princess seems to be a silent character, but having a semi-barbarism characteristics.

As a conclusion, we can see clearly the differences between both the wife and the young princess. Even of having differences or similarities between them, their power did determine the fate of both of their men.
