Women's Right On Continuing Their Job After First Delivery
Do you know that almost 80% of the working woman do continue their job after giving their first delivery? From this research, I am definitely against the statement where women should quit their job after their first delivery. The reason behind this absolute disagreement is because of the financial status, the capability of a women and career effects.
A woman who quits their job will definitely brings a huge effect on the family financial status.
Due to the high living cost, a working dad sometimes could not support the whole family financial problem. The lack of financial resources could not give a full support to the baby's welfare in the future. And this reason is strengthen by the research from the Family Department where it has been stated that 80% of both parents need to work in order to cover up all the housing and their children expenses.
Nowadays, women are capable enough to be a successful worker and mother, both at the same time. Back in the olden times, women are encouraged to stay home and managed all the house chores. However, the modernization and development of women's right on expanding their skills and hidden abilities have get over the women's limitations in the olden times. Women these days are good enough to handle both house management and works. Rachael Ray,is one of the women's icon where she works as a chef, a host of variety tv shows and a great mother at the same time. This show how capable a woman can be even after having a baby or kids.
Every women dreams of having a career apart of being a full-time role as a mother in the family. If they quit their job, it will cause a huge depression due to the failure of achieving their dreams. The effects in their careers might lead to a broken relationship between she and her husband, and even her family. This is because, from the research done by UniKL students, almost 7 out of 10 women admits that apart from being a full-time mother, they want their dreams to have their own career becomes true.
From all of the above reasons, it is undeniable to the disagreement of the statement where women should quit their job after the first delivery. Therefore, it is right for me to defend my stand and I hope all of the working mother's out there will continue achieving their careers as long as they are capable enough to do so.
